Company Mission

At Salty's Dog & Cat Shop, LLC, we strive to enhance the well-being of all beloved pets
throughout the Rose City with a great variety of highly nutritious foods and treats and an array
of unique toys and helpful accessories. Our focus on delivery enables us to constantly
evaluate ways to make life a bit more convenient for our valued customers. We are always
looking for ways to improve service, and we encourage and greatly appreciate input from our

Products

Salty’s stocks a great variety of healthy products for your pets. Our online catalog contains a
listing of just about everything we carry. Please call or come into the shop for pricing and
descriptions. If there’s something you can’t find, just let us know as we're happy to order it for
you. Some of our products are not included in the online catalog as we constantly bring in the
latest innovations along with our standard favorites. We’re happy to assist you with any
questions about ingredients in food and treats and uses of toys and accessories.

Delivery

Salty's provides delivery to all pet lovers throughout the Rose City. Deliveries are made on
Tuesdays and Fridays weekly based upon stock availability. Salty’s will contact you regarding
any product backlog. You don't have to be home for delivery as most customers are not home
when our drivers arrive. Thus we take great care with your products to leave them for you in
an inconspicuous location out of the elements. They'll be awaiting your arrival when you get
home along with your receipt. All deliveries are completed during the day by 7pm, but we can
make time arrangements. Please note that if your order includes raw frozen food, we will
make special arrangements with you for delivery. For raw frozen food deliveries, our three
options are: 1. We can meet you at an agreed-upon time on Tuesday or Friday. 2. You can
leave a cooler for food to be placed at your home. 3. You can provide us a key, and we’ll
deliver the food directly to your freezer. Easy and convenient!

Delivery Fee

Delivery fee is $3.95.

Subscription Delivery Program

Many customers enjoy having their pet food delivered automatically on a schedule. (For
example, we can set you up for delivery of a bag of dog food every 3 weeks.) Once you’re set
up, there’s no need to call to place your order unless you would like to add to it or change the
delivery day. We can help determine the frequency of deliveries to meet your needs.

Ordering

Salty’s hours are 11am to 7pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm on Saturday and 11am
to 5pm on Sunday. However, you may place your order any time via phone (503-249-1432),
fax (503-287-7242) or email: Nancy@Saltysdogshop.com If calling after business hours, just
leave your name, street address, phone number, and the items you’d like to order in your
voice mail message, and we’ll call you back to confirm your order.

Payment Method

Most customers find it convenient to pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and
Mastercard.

Return Policy

Salty's will pick up defective products and refund your payment. There is a $5.00 charge for
picking up or exchanging products that are not defective. If you have an unopened product that
you would like to return or exchange, make sure to do so within 10 days of receiving it. We
cannot take products back after 10 days
